That is the lens the whole company runs on: a machine is a capital purchase that either clears its hurdle rate or does not, and the buyer deserves to see that arithmetic before they sign.
Why distribution.
Capable automation already exists and is already in production at scale. What is missing for most American operators is a straight path to it — one that handles import and compliance, quotes a real payback, and keeps parts on a shelf.
That gap is the business.

Early. We have no deployment count to quote and no client logos to display, and we would rather say that than manufacture proof.
