   We work manufacturer-direct rather than buying through a regional master, and we shortlist on parts availability and service documentation, not on spec-sheet maximums.

   Validate

   Before we quote, we build the labor case with your numbers: hours on the task now, shift pattern, fully loaded rate. If the payback does not clear, we say so and you keep your money.

3. 03

   Import & comply

   We handle customs, duties, and freight, and we confirm the electrical and safety conformity that applies to the unit before it ships. You receive equipment, not a customs problem.

4. 04

   Install & train

   Commissioning on site, route or cell mapping against your actual layout, and training for the people who will run it on the shift they will run it on.

5. 05

   Service

   Spares channel and service terms are quoted alongside the hardware. Uptime is the only metric that matters after month one.
